I have lived at a Case & Associates community since January 2006. I currently live at Crown Chase and have since August 2006 and I wouldn't live anywhere else in Wichita. I shopped many complexes before I landed here. The west side of town does not offer a complex of this quality for a better price.
I originally moved into a 2-bedroom with a roommate, and when our lease was up I decided to downsize into a 1-bedroom by myself. I have been pleased with my stay here. The minor maintenance requests I have made have been taken care of quickly. The office staff was helpful during both of my moves.
I love having access to a 24-hour fitness room, an outdoor pool, and the indoor pool next door. I also like the idea of living at a gated community. However, after watching a few of my neighbors drive through it at night, ruining this safety amenity, I still feel secure. I also have used the lake (around the convenience of the geese, of course) several times as well.
After reading the postings previous to my own, I wonder if I'm renting from the same complex that they are. I would recommend Crown Chase to anyone

I wish we lived in the reality you do, no offense. We bought a house and can't wait to get out. We too were thrilled with the complex when we first moved in but it went down hill from there. Are you sure you don't work for them? We were very concerned when we found through the KBI web page that we had a sexual pred. living a stones throw from us and our children. I hope future renters have your experience vrs ours.
