I lived in this hell hole for four years and I am still not sure why I stayed as long as I did. The apartments are tiny, the appliances are ancient, the buildings are falling apart, and there is a TON of crime in this place. My car was broken in too three times in the course of four years. When I first moved into this place it wasn't bed but then they ran some rent special which brought in every unemployed lowlife in town. The people next to me were so poor they did not have on piece of furniture in the ENTIRE apartment. This is a classic example of a place who let all the bad elements in.
