Great apartments, not perfect but the maintanence guys are great, they usually fix any problems I had by the next day. Also the management staff are quick to resolve any issues. I stayed there from 10/06 - 7/07, in a one bedroom.

I think Fox Run Apts is the best value for the money near the Harry & Webb area, they gave me a $20 a month military discount, and I met someone else there who got the same for being a WSU student.

The only problems I had were that the walls in my apt were too thin...I could hear my neighbors below, beside and behind me. And parking really sucks...if you get home after 10pm, you'll have to park far away from your building. The other problem I had was the laundry facility...sometimes the washer or dryer would eat my money, but I think they updated the equipment recently.

Overall...I think Fox Run is a decent place to stay if your on a budget, I would've renewed my lease, but Im relocating to Tulsa.

And when I moved out, the maintence man Maurice even helped me move some of my stuff...just as long as that guy stays there...you'll never have any problems with maintence issues again...that guy knows his stuff!!!
