These apartments are a good value, but please look at the actual apartment you will be moving into. Don't just look at the model and say, "Yes". The apartment I moved into was in decent shape but I just never felt comfortable there. Walls are very thin, and if you don't live near the front, you are more inclined to see crime (cars broken into, etc). The maintenance guys were GREAT!!!!!! The office staff were alright but not as friendly as you might expect. You get what you pay for.
