I ended up getting one of the studios 425sq ft. It's not too bad. It's a studio so it will be a little small. The maintance staff was always really kind and helpful. If I had a problem with anything in my place they would be out there that day. The one time that I was out of town and had stuff done there, they called me at home to ask me if everything was done right and the left a note in my apt. too. Always out the next day to throw salt down on the sidewalks. The pool was always clean. I would get a 1 bedroom here, but it's gas and electric. Little too pricey for me.
