Wow, I don't know where to begin. These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in or visited. The apartments are drafty, there are no window seals and both the window and door screens don't actually attach to the frame - they kind of just hang there.

Crime is terrible. My girlfriend and I were walking out one evening during the summer and saw a bunch of black guys walking around in heavy coats. Later we found out they were walking around waiting for people to open their apartment doors so they could kick them in and do home invasion robberies at gunpoint.

My apartment was broken into once while I was gone and everything was stolen. There were no signs of forced entry anywhere. HMMM....

Do I even need to mention the fights, car break ins, friend getting jumped and robbed and neighbors trying to kick each others' doors down'

Fox Run security is a complete JOKE. Ever seen Super Troopers' I swear our security officer was Farva from that movie. Don't expect anything from their security service.

Maintenance is rude on the phone and very creepy. One of the maintenance men left a rude message on my phone after I left a maintenance request! Sorry dude, I want you to be in my house just as much as you want to be here. It's not my fault you can't fix a heater or toilet after 3 visits for each.

Management is 100% incompetent and rude.

Apartment construction is shoddy as can be. Electrical outlets are falling out of the walls. The wall/ledge in front of the staircase is decaying from the inside...I can rock it back and forth a foot in each direction. I told them about it and they said "don't worry, it's supposed to do that!"

Oh also, make sure you tour your actual apartment before you sign the lease. These are the ugliest apartments you can find. The one they show doesn't have the big ugly wooden wall that most have. Seriously, all of the walls except for one are normal drywall, but one of the walls in the living room is made out of this cheap, splintery dark wood. Hideous.

Good luck with the roaches. No matter how clean you are, your neighbors just might bring a few "friends" with them.
