i have lived at fox run for about 3 months now. if you are thinking of moving in here make sure you see the apartment you are getting they took me into the model and it was great. then i asked to see what i would be moving in to the apartment they took me to had a hole in the wall that was very poorly patched it looked like someone had been thrown through the wall the pop corn in the bathroom was nasty thats a place you are suppose to clean your self and it looked like ----. i went back to the office said no i wanted a different apartment they gave me keys to the one i am in now and i have no problems...now that is. when i first moved in i took my check out sheet filled it out and returned it, but i should have hung on to it. my dish washer was broken (leaking, rack falling out ect.) but i called maintenace and they came out and got me a brand new dishwasher all my appliances are new except for my stove but it dose work. about the bathroom i was giving my dog a bath one night when i started to see chips of paint coming off of the tub, the maintenace guy told me they spray paint the tub for looks so it will start to peel its a crappy cover up. parking sucks and is bad when you work second shift and cant get home early enough to get a good parking spot.the heating system is ok but your kitchen is what will heat your living room will after its been on forever and you gotta keep your heat up for a while it sucks cause heat rises and the vents are up near the celing so you dont keep your heat for long very poor instalation. but that should mean it will be ok in the summer i will get my neighbors chill while they get my heat. poor instalation and i cant really hear my neighbors they are quiet and very nice but someone smokes a lot of pot i can smell it through my walls but cant tell where it is comming from.its not too bad get everything out of the way with maintence they fast responding especally Joe he is a great guy. always fixes things right the first time i trust him out of everyone there. they give discounts for military school and aircraft pepole i got $15 off every month and for pets you just pay a deposit of 350(kinda high) but no pet rent. its not too bad we enjoy it.
