As a whole I would recommend these apartments for someone who does not have pets and who might be on a bit of a fixed income but if you can afford better or you do have pets I would highly recommend going elsewhere. My rent has consistantly gone up every year that I have been here and they really prefer that you have no pets. The appliances provided are older and kind of shoddy at times and the cheapest materials possible are used whenever something in your home needs fixed or replaced. The grounds are very well maintained and clean however the exterior of the buildings are not well kept. The office staff is very friendly and cooperative anytime I am in need of something and the management seems to be proficient. They really could use a night watchman or security guard that is on site and doesn't leave at night.
