I have lived in these apartments for many years and I have seen it all. We have been through numerous managers, and staff. The manager Samantha is a manger whom does not attempt to relate to her residents. She appears to be above the residents, and she truly does not care. Now if your on her favorites list you get extra rental discounts. I attended her holday open house,and I felt it was not a family event children were not welcome. She gave away rent discounts to a lady dressed in black,and as were leaving she gave her an additional rent discount. The food was not anything a normal person would eat nor any child would eat. It appeared as though you must be a rich to attend. I read the monthly papers the office sends out,and i just want to know how the same person can be resident of the month three times in one year and how many times the same lady can be the lucky winner for reading the letter three times as well.
I think Samantha needs to come down to a normal persons level and realize she is no better than any one else.
I think she should take a moment to understand why I only speak to stacy she is down to earth and tries to help on a personal level. She gives her whole heart and soul to the residents here. I like how she informs us of whats going on in the neighborhood. I had problems with my neighbor's and she gave me her home phone number. I have never had to call her but I know she would be there to help me with my neighbors. Stacy has a big heart and she tries to find an answer to all of my questions. I wish Samantha could understand why I am leaving I can't take her rude attitude and lack of getting involved in her apartment complex. I thought that was her job. Another reason I am leaving the apartments do not have washer dryer connections. I hate Kezac Security every time I have ever called them the lady is rude I think her name was Kathy she had the nerve to ask me what do you expect me to do' I am on a time committment and I cant be every where. By the time Kezac came the people had left. I also hate the maintenance guy Carl he said he would re chaulk my tub but he never came back. I met a new guy arian' He came in and fixed the tub wall and did a great job on my tub. I like the new girl too but she needs to be better informed on what to do about questions you ask her. I thought Samantha would not throw her to the wolves so to speak,but I should have known better look at when Stacy had that fire. I could tell she was definately confused on what to do. I hated Andrea she would tell you one thing and do another. I am just confused on why Fidelity Management would allow these people to work for them.

You must be talking to a different Stacy than the one in the office, because the one in the office is a real witch, she is rude and gossips about everyone. As far as Samantha, she is one of the best things about our apts. she gives 100% sad you didn't take the time to know her better. One thing we can agree on is the new girl is very nice she has friendly wrote all over.....
