My husband and I moved in three months ago and we've received 4 eviction warnings. The first was for our cat not being declawed (which was not in the lease agreement). The second was for our house being "too dirty". We had clothes on the floor in our bedroom. God forgive me for not having them folded for the almighty repair guy (Our furnace wasn't working.) The third was for turning rent in late (this was the only acceptable warning.) And the forth was because "we had been too loud and were bothering other tenants". Which was funny since we had been on vacation for the entire week prior.
Our garbage disposal breaks down weekly.
The doors and windows don't shut completely, which costs ridiculous amounts of money in AC/heating.
I can hear my neighbors' every move.
Small children are always running around, without supervision.
This place is such crap and I can't wait until our year is up and we can leave this hell-hole.
