Who I am is not so important but I am writing because of whom I represent. The LaCrosse developers and residents deserve accurate ratings from honest people. So, please bear with me. Wife (Happily married 24 years) mother (Blessed with 2 wonderful children) Manager (17 years Management experience). 6 years Executive experience with all phases of detailed Multi Family Development (1,220 residential units). ARM & CAM designations. There is a standard of excellence at LaCrosse that keeps the community full and a waiting list 60 days out on most apartment homes. We have residents who voluntarily request to be put on a list for prospects to call if they??d like a positive reference. I was touring a gentlemen last week and one of the residents started sharing with the prospective resident that he has lived in many communities in the NE area and that LaCrosse was by far the best community with the best management. He also went on to say it is the only truly gated community, appreciated the concierge services and enjoyed all the amenities. Although that prospect only wanted a 1br, which was not available he shopped around, came back and leased a 2br at LaCrosse.

RE: Unfair criticism & erroneous carpet reviews. A vengeful woman is set on slandering LaCrosse and my name. Evicted because of many nuisance complaints from neighbors who had to dodge her attacks, foul mouth & unleashed dog. She moved in on carpet and a home that was clean and pet urine free but when she moved out it was soaked down to the concrete. Her intention and cause is to spread ill will. I wish her the best in life. I hope she finds better use of her time than to be obsessively dishonest on sites like this over and over. I'm guilty of moving people in on stain free/pet urine free carpets and clean apartment homes. I can show pictures, video, mi/mo forms and even the actual carpet pieces from each misrepresented carpet review (although many are the same woman). Dishonesty & trickery may affect this rating but not our determination to give Wichita an elegant, upscale, friendly place to call home.

I am the owner and I want to thank our wonderful Manager Norma and staff who have been personally suffering from the outlandish and unfounded complaints by this woman who allowed her pet to destroy an apartment at LaCrosse and was evicted. Thank you to our staff for withstanding these attacks on themselves and their performance. And those who want an honest opinion of our propterty would best served if they would visit LaCrosse, speak to our residents and form their own opinion. Thanks for listen to a hard working woman in business.
