I've been at LaCrosse for 6 months and known the staff for almost 3 years. I've been around the business of apartment management and living throughout my life, and I can honestly say that LaCrosse is up there will the best of them. The unfair complaints that have been placed on this sight sound much like residents who can't take responsibility for their actions. If you mess up the carpet you have to pay for it just like you would if you owned your home, unless you're ok with pet urine soaking to the ground, but most likely you would replace it right' I specifically remember in the contract it saying that normal where and tear is fine, but yes if there is damage you as the occupant have to take responsibility for your actions and pay for the repairs so another person can have a home. The management truely does care about their residents. Its like a family, unfortunately some people dont want to be apart of that but that is their choice, not the staffs. Despite a few immature ba humbug people that have made their voice here, LaCrosse is full of AMAZING residents who love to be you're neighbor!!! You won't find a place that makes you feel any more at home than LaCrosse I promise! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

I am sorry anonymous... I just moved there and the apartment is great and all but I feel like only maintenance answered my only ONE maintenace request... I never got a called from COX like they said I will I had to ask about it several times... until I took my two legs directly too cox to get my internet hooked up two weeks after I moved in... Also, I have been having problems with the gate and noone seems to care to diagnose the real issue... I canged my phone...called the carrier, have them troubleshoot and all... still no HELP!SO I really dont know what to think one month after I moved in!
