My Sister and I have just moved in about two months ago and we love it. The apartment is extremely spacious with large windows, vaulted ceilings, fire place, large washer and dryer, house alarm system and a balcony with an attached storage room. The staff members are very nice, if we receive a package, when we get home it will be in our apartment which works out great not having to worry about waiting home to sign for it. If a light bulb burns out they replace it right way! Even if we need some maintenance work done inside the house we do not need to be home for the staff members to fix it, they simply put a tag on the door letting you know that they are inside so you do not get freaked out wondering why someone is in your apartment, and once they leave they will leave the tag saying that they were here today fixing something, we have never had any problems with them while we were not home. The office ladies are very nice, if they see you they take the time to say hi and make sure everything is well, when calling to them they are very polite and caring. The grounds keeping is great never does it look over grown or abandoned. The pool is a relaxing place to be, they even have a radio with today s best hits playing. The tanning bed works great they keep up with the bulbs and cleanliness, as well as the gym it is opened 24-7 as well as the spa. We feel extremely safe taking out the garbage at night, and walking to the car to the apartment without any worries; the gate is always working properly and provides security to all. Overall LaCrosse is a great place to be, nothing compares to the simple luxuries that they offer.

Also, they enter your apartment without telling you before hand? does that not creep you out a bit?

Ya, you listed all the good things about them. I agree on those too. You just haven't see the dark side of them. You may notice they do their cleaning job by painting over it, and the little gate is open most of the time. I use to talk a walk after dinner. I had found the little "gate door" open many times! The gate on the left hand side of the office works funny. Like after a storm it will not operate, or people would get stuck from the inside for no reason. You will need your remote to get it open. The worst thing would be the walk through at the time you move out, be careful!
