Renter BEWARE!!!

First, if you have a pet you WILL LOSE your security deposit, pet deposit, and will be charged extra. No matter what they will say they used a Blacklight and saw pet urine that soaked through the carpet and into the padding but will not provide proof it wasn't already there. Parking is minimal, no noise to speak of, grounds are kept up fairly well. Maintenance staff is friendly, manager is arrogant. Do not use the garbage disposal as it will not handle anything of any amount. Utilities were very reasonable. So if you don't mind paying through the nose when you move out ok, but RENTER BEWARE!!!!!
