These apts. have gone to the dumps. All you hear day and night is blaring Mexican music, not to mention seeing the huge MX flags hanging from nearly every balcony. Feels like I'm living in a border town. Hallways smell like pee and pot. Also my Spanish speaking neighbors yell all day and leave their smelly baby diapers in hallway..to lazy to take out. Managers do nothing to correct the problem.
