No housekeeping services for common areas for several months= dirty hallways, and laundry rooms. Poor maintenance of grounds and very poor maintenance of pools. Crappy storage units. Management does not address issues and concerns in a timely manner. Some buildings are extremely loud. Some units have overdue repairs (rotted out wood in balconies, leaky windows, etc)
Although I have felt safe overall, I have noticed an increasing numbers of questionable looking individuals and I have seen the police more in the past year than in the previous 5 yrs altogether.
It's located in a great area and I used to feel good about living here, but I'm tired of waiting for it to improve and now I'm ready to move away.

new owners and office staff is going to be the big problem for 2008, not reliable maintenance ha!! housekeeping got to clean your own hallways. courtyard you have to pick up other peoples dog poop don't walk in the grass that's all i'm saying, and whatever you do don't ask to get anything fixed

courtyard and dog poop is hitting it right on the money your money heard so much about this place glad i don't live there
