yes it has gone downhill, with new owners just taking over a few months ago it has ghetto written all over it. maintenance is the worst, work does not get done in a timely manner, don't shovel snow off the sidewalks & no clean hallways. dog's do their thing all over the place, i wonder if they no how to manage the pool, half the time management is outside smoking, not a good place to live, unless you like mice and bugs
