Do NOT move in here. I have had problems with a leak under my kitchen floor for THREE MONTHS. Multiple complaints to multiple managemers have accomplished nothing. There is trash in the hallways. I now have cockroaches. There is never a place to park in front of my building. I can constantly here people in the halls and above me. How bad can this place get' DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! You WILL BE SORRY!

I heard that. That place is a hell hole..Member of management walk around like they aint got no damn sense...They see the place going to hell but what are they doing??? not a damn thang.

We are having problems also. Why can we not group together and turn them in to the Fair Housing authority. Also I think the front office is a bit on the crooked side, we are always being told that she doesn't or can't get ahold of maint guys. We have had no Security lights or Hall lights for quite a while~ every building is lit up outside and inside the hall with the exception of this building.

Could someone please tell me who owns this dump my girlfriend fell in the laundry room and all they would tell her in the office was to see if her employers insurance would pay the dr bill !!!!!!!!!!!

Really these apartments pissed me off. I have never had roaches in any place Ive lived except for Madison Park.I moved in on a recomendation from a co worker and I regret ever doing so. I was lucky that the building I was in didnt have that issue where they were trying to save on electricity by turning off the outside and hallway lights (or so I was told by a member of maintenance). My co worker however lived acroiss from me and her building did have that problem. I ended up breaking my lease 3 months early and told the manager (some guy at the time since the staff kept changing) that if they even tried to get the remaining 3 months of rent money out of me I'd report them to the housing association, health department, go to kake news and sue their asses and after that they never came after me for the rest of the money. But really they are HORRIBLE apartments to live at. I think one guy came in while I was turning in my keys to move out and he asked me how I liked the apartments and I told him my story.. and the end result was him turning around and leaving to go with the other apartments he had in mind.. lol. Atleast one person was saved from moving in!
