I moved in last year and I have had a wonderful experience. Parking is no problem. I even have friends visit on the weekend and have no problem parking. The grounds are well-kept and for the most part the building I am in is quiet. (I don't expect dead silence all the time -- this is an apartment complex, after all.) The management staff is very friendly and helpful. I am willing to bet that those complaining about the management either approach her with an attitude or are not taking good care of their apartment or not paying the rent promptly. Some people just look for reasons to complain too.
