I lived at Marina Point for a year and had nothing but a positive experience. The management was very good and helpful. Maintenance issues were usually resolved within the day and without issue. The apartments were in great shape and very clean when I moved in.

I never had a problem with other tenants. They tend to be a bit older and more mature than other places I've lived. There are a number of families here as well as tenants that have rented for years. It is definitely one of the best complexes in Wichita.

The only issue is parking. It was sometimes difficult to find a spot. They use the honor system where if you have more than one car, one can park in front of the building and one can park in a near by lot. However, tenants generally disregard this rule, so it becomes a problem at times. This is a small complaint though and should not discourage anyone from renting here.
