Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived in a one bedroom on the 2nd floor for a year. I have to say it is the most sound proof I have encountered during my renting experience.
I didn't like the lake as it looked more like an over grown pond, and the manager never seems to be in the office.
I did get in on a "special" that they seem to be running all the time. (Which makes it not so "special".)
The Leasing girls seem to be organized as the phone numbers to all the utility companies were listed on a sheet that they gave me when I signed up.
The satellite TV was frustrating.
I would recommend the community, but ask about installing your own dish for cable.
