I have lived in NewPort Apartments for 2 1/2 years and have loved it. I come home late at night often and have not encountered any problems with parking and safety. The apartment is inexpensive to heat and cool. I have minimal problems with noise. Any maintenance I have asked to be done has been done the next day. I love it here, easy living with no maintenance or lawncare responsibilities. My rent has been the same the entire time. When my lease is up they always ask if I want to sign another one to stay at the same rate. The lake is beautiful and well-lit and has a paved walking trail. I love it and would recommend it.
