A good place to live

I have lived in the Newports now for almost 6 months. I have had very little problems, if any and if I have encountered a problem it has been fixed immediately. I've NEVER had trouble with parking or noise. Overall it's a great place to live. I also get a $20 discount/month for being a college student.
