I find it repulsive that people can set here and blame a person rather than policy. Seriously if anyone would actually take the time to read the papers they are signing instead of just signing, it's a lease people come on, why don't you write about that instead of the people enforcing it.

Sounds like one of the apartment staff have too much time on their hands while they're "at work" and they have to get on here and defend themselves...it might be part policy that's the big problem but mostly just the rude staff.
