My family has lived at Parke East for a little over 4 months now. We searched around wichita and saw around 13 other communities that didn't feel very nice. When Parke East is at it's best it feels like a resort. There are beautiful tress and open pools and waterfalls. They have been let go for a while since we've been here though. I hope they'll clean it up a bit and make it what it was when we first came and viewed the place

up-date to review dated 10/5/06: We were at Parke East for around a year and a half and truely were happy with the overall service and value of the community. We only left because we had some security issues. We deffinately would reccomend this community to anyone looking for a TON of space for little $$
