I lived here for only 6 months. I would've stayed longer - I loved the layout of the townhome and the courtyard area was very well taken care of and attractive. The only thing I could not stand was literally being picked on by the office staff. I lived in this townhome with my sister and a friend, and I guess we looked like 3 women who could be taken advantage of easily. We moved in about 4 days before our lease took affect, and the nice lady in the office told us we didn't have to pay anything for those 4 days. I should've gotten that in writing. FOUR months later, we receive a letter on our door saying we owe them money for moving in early, AND we owe them money for back rent that was not paid, AND they claimed there was a mix-up in their bookkeeping and we owe them more money for their error. Needless to say, we were very mad. We were not deliquent on any rent payments ever - and had the check stubs to prove it! After a long, heated letter from me saying just that and saying that a mix up in THEIR office books should not require me to pay more out of pocket and 2 visits to the office - where the office manager wouldn't even come out of her house to talk to me face to face (!!!) - they said not to worry about the money. Well no kidding!!! Sorry, but when you are accusatory and blaming me for things I did not do - I do not have respect for you, and I refuse to live in your complex and give you any more money.

The only other things I didn't like about the townhomes:
--It was in a pretty bad area of town. I never felt safe going out to my car after dark. There were always a lot of very random people walking around in the complex area - poor lighting helped keep them hidden well.
--Each townhome comes with one covered parking spot, and our neighbors friends were always parking in our covered spot... even after we told the office staff about this problem, they did nothing and the neighbors friends continued to park where they wanted. I had to go over and ask them to move their cars and respect the fact that it's someone else's parking spot.
--Maintenance men were creepy and rude. Everytime they came over, they acted like the problem was something we could've taken care of ourselves. If I had known I was supposed to be able to fix leaky pipes, pick up dead birds and mice out in my yard, fix broken screens and light switches that were not working all on my own - I never would've moved into these townhomes!
--We had a LOT of bugs in this apartment... lots of spiders, ants, and even some pretty big cockroaches. After the office staff was informed, they did nothing about it, and we continued to have the problem up until the day we moved out.
--I liked that nobody could enter the courtyard area unless you were a tennant or you had a key - but a few times I got locked out because the gates were locked.
--Office hours were not very convenient - I rarely got to the office when it was open.

If you are looking at this apartment complex, I would suggest looking elsewhere first.
