Yes we also have very many maintenance issues. Not fixing things. Not returning our calls. Saying they will return and then not. Having to ask several times for one thing to be fixed. But I must say that these maintenance people work for the manager. If the manager was doing his job then we would not have these problems. If he is unaware that these problems are happening then he is incompetant. And it's not just the condition of our apartment, the whole property is in disrepair. What goes through the manager's head everytime he enters and leaves the proprety'
