I lived here on a short term lease for 3 months during an internship. It's not bad, albeit in a weird neighborhood. Here's some things:

Pros:
-Office staff was extremely friendly and professional, and went out of their way to accomodate me.
-Nice greenspace in the middle, they plant flowers and groom it well.
-It seems quiet, I could never hear my neighbors through the walls.
-I never had problems parking.
-Short term leases are great.
-Very affordable. For less than 400/month I got a furnished studio with utilities and cable tv included. The only thing I had to pay for on top was internet.
-Nice laundry room that locks, so you can feel fairly comfortable to throw your clothes in and pick them up when they're done, without hanging out in a stuffy laundry room.
-Well lit outside. At night the whole complex has lots of lights, so you can feel safe going from your car into your place.

Cons:
-The studios are SMALL! If you're going to be there short-term, it's great, but I would have gone crazy being in there more than three months.
-No dead bolts. The doors only lock through the knob, which seemed really flimsy. I got the feeling that if somebody really wanted to get in, they wouldn't have much trouble.
-Weird location. It's behind a couple of little shopping plazas, so it isn't actually on a street.


I'm not sure how nice the neighborhood is. It seems a bit sketchy, but that was just my impression. I never had any problems, nor did I hear of anyone else having problems. It just gave me the heebie jeebies.

All-in-all, I'd recommend the place to someone looking for a nice, short-term lease. If you'll be staying a while, you'll want to spend a few more bucks and go somewhere a bit larger.

I actually stayed in this complex in 2005, my unit had a deadbolt. I was really happy for what it was, temporary and secure enough to feel like home.
