I have been a quality resident for eight years. During that time we have had numerous apartment managers, either quitting or getting fired for unprofessionalism. It used to be a nice, quiet community with a sparkling swimming pool and nicely kept grounds. There is no on-site management, thus they rent to anyone (felons, bad credit, anything goes!) It's now ghetto central with much theft at night, vandalism, and noise. Unfriendly office staff doesn't care, just tell you to call the police, which I've done so much that they don't even respond anymore. Management caters to Latinos. Thus, up to 6 can live in a one-bedroom and get away with it!
