Pelican Point

i lived here about a year. it's all -------- and kids running around in parking lot all the time. my mailbox was broken into and my car was keyed twice. manager could care less. she would never live here. chihuahua dog was in swimming pool and a baby with diapers on! should call health dept! everyday is a party out here with all the loud bass thumping this mexican music day and night. don't need an alarm clock to live here...you'll definately get woken up. most neighbors smoke marijuana, too. no light in parking lot at night. no place to park either. my neighbors have four cars, and leave me no space. managers don't even speak to you when see you on grounds. don't know me from adam when go in to pay my rent as they are always new managers. new ones barely speak english! feel like this is a tijuana prison.
