Dark, unsafe place to live with lots of crime

I have also been a quality tenant who has lived at Pelican Point for years. It used to be nice and clean, but no more. They are notorius for stealing stereos, keying cars, and breaking windows. The mgmt could care less about anything as they don't live on site. If you like to hear Spanish when you wake up in the AM, you will hear lots.The best thing for me to do is get out fast !!!!!! It is like an insane asylum.
