The illegal workers putting up the brick wall around the property couldn't even do that right...it's too close to the buildings and should be closer to the curb.

Makes the place feel even more like a Mexican prison.

(I guess they're trying to keep them all in.) The only grass found out here is the kind smoked by most of the tenants.
