I have been living @thet Pelican Point for 2 years.At first I thought these Apartments was a great place to live.But now that Brenda has left things haven't been the same these new people we have down there don't care about anthing but MONEY.I have call and spoke with Laura & Joshua both of them has told me nothing but lies i have been tring to get someone out here for months on numerous maintience problems. now i have no hot water.And even if they do come out it takes them more than 2 weeks to come out that it's me calling wondering what happen.Also I have Spoke with laura about parking spaces,because the people upstairs take up all spaces that is only an 2 bedroom apt. And it is over five cars that they have park outside
And she has still neglected to fix this problem.These apartments are also very unsafe the police is always out here.She claims we have security but I have Not yet seen.If you have problems PLEASE post it.I also been Tiring to reach the owners but I can't find it.PlEASE, PLEASE if you have any information PLEASE post it need help I work hard everyday and I deserve to have someone who cares about there residents.Dont let them get away with this we All deserve better.I strongly suggest PLEASE don't live here!
