BEST MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE IN WICHITA From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006   Ponderosa is perfect for singles or families. The apartments are very clean and well kept.Maintenance is awesome, fixing most problems within a couple of hours not days or weeks like other places. The manager , Liz has been there for several years and she really does care and want everyone to be happy. They have many resident parties and you can win really cool stuff/.
