Nice Apartment but not-so-flexible management

Apartments are nice and quiet. I've always liked it since I rented it last december. But management is very inflexible. Things happen in life, but for small change that comes in your life you cannot pay high prices.
Management is very inflexible regarding slightest modification in the lease. Don't sign long-term lease
