Nice Place to live. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Ponderosa is a nice place to stay. The apartments are a bit drafty, but not too bad. The grounds are well-kept and management is nice. There are 2 laundry rooms and a pool. Close to WSU! just far enough off of the main roads to keep the noise from traffic down. Nice neighborhood. CABLE Water & Trash paid
