noise is the major problem in this apt and even after repeated complaints to the security arrangements you have yo live with the noise ..pooor quality construction...........
Ponderosa is a nice place to stay. The apartments are a bit drafty, but not too bad. The grounds are well-kept and management is nice. There are 2 laundry rooms and a pool. Close to WSU! just far enough off ... more
