Two-story cathedral ceiling in the living room, huge windows, large ceramic tiles in kitchen and baths... Quarters is one of few luxury rental properties in Wichita. After looking at so many crummy houses and "luxury" complexes, this was such a relief.

It's more in a class with Polo Club and the Nies Homes villas than with other complexes, so compared with properties in that class, Quarters is affordable. No litter, no noise from neighbors (good construction, plus ours are all middle-aged) just some honking from the geese on the ponds :)

The management is ridiculously good. They gave every unit chocolates on Valentine's Day. When you move in, it's like moving in to a hotel - spotless, with towels and soaps laid out for you. There are always multiple staff members around the office, who say hello and offer you cookies. A big contrast to some other complexes nearby.

Totally minor maintenance issues are still resolved within a day. No litter within the grounds. If you're professional, quiet, clean, Quarters is a good place for you. Plan ahead if you're interested - get on the list maybe a month and a half early.
