I've lived here for three and a half years, and enjoyed it immensely. Compared to my former renting experiences, Quarters is excellent. The staff try to get people involved with some kind of event at least quarterly, so networking opportunities within the complex are available. There's a pool, community center available for events, exercise room, and storm shelter next to the office building, which also contains (indoors) the mail room--no more standing in the rain to get my mail! The appliances are all in excellent condition and of high quality. Noise is not a problem, as the "quietness" policy is well-enforced, though people are polite enough to turn down a stereo or do whatever else it takes when asked.
The only reason I'm leaving is because I figured it was time for me to invest in a house! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
