Fairly nice, but it's a long walk to the laundry facilities and mailboxes. I've lived here almost two years and they haven't raised my rent. Maintenance stuff gets taken care of as long as you're tough, and force the front desk people to really listen to your issue (they try to speed you off, then they don't get the whole story and nothing gets fixed). Grounds aren't nice, and outside lights need more attention because they're out sometimes.
