The insulation in these apartments is non-existent. I could hear every word (and everything else) from the apt. above me. The internal staircase means you hear someone tramping up and down right next to your bedroom wall. The doors and windows are drafty...
I had a peeping-tom that kept looking in my daughter's bedroom window. Scared us to death and nothing was done by security.
The pluses are that the floorplan is pretty good and the closets are fair sized and washer/dryer hook-ups are available.
