Since I haved lived at the raintree apartments I have had my truck vandalized and clothes stolen out of the laundry. I have recently found out these are very common problems in this apartment complex. When my lease came due they wanted me to sign a ten month lease and they wanted to raise my rent fifty dollars a month. The management also seems very ignorant as to what makes a happy resident.
