I have lived at Raintree for only 5 months. So far my roomate has had her tag ripped off of her car. We have to turn the heat up to like 80 degrees at night so I wont die of hypothermia due to the lack of insulation and the wonderful leaky windows. Our balcony is so wobbly we have to make sure to stand on the support beams so we dont fall to our death. The noise is also a factor, we lived right beside the garden center and would awaken to the noise of large trucks and fork lifts every morning at 7 am. We have had numerous things break around the house including the dishwasher, both toilets, the light in the closet, the heater the list goes on. The management team is also very uncompassionate and really could care less about their tenants. One month we were unable to pay the full amount of rent due to my roomate losing her job and they were of no help. They advised us if we did not pay then they would take us to court, then proceeded to ask if we wanted to renew our lease..... right. Overall, this apartment complex is serverly lacking in every aspect. I would never live here again.

Yeah My boyfriend have lived in these apartments..and so far 2 of our friends and his roomate have had their tires slashed..
