Maintenance is not very good!! My air conditioner has broken every summer for the past 4 years. Each year, maintenance has to service it to get it to cool. This year it broke in May, and they added freon. It broke in July, and they added more freon. Something tells me, there is a leak but we'll just add some more freon. Also, my dishwasher keeps breaking down, the bathtub faucet fell off the wall, they won't replace the carpet that has been in place for years. The office staff places violations on the wrong apartment doors. My advice to you is to look somewhere else to rent. The license plate was stolen off the back of my car, my car was broken into along with a bunch of other cars. The apts look nice on the outside, but don't let that fool you.
