I've lived here for about a year now and when my lease is up I am definitely moving. Part of my issues witht this complex are my own fault since this was my first experience living on my own away from the parents and the dorms. The price seems cheap up front (350 for a 3rd floor 1 bedroom) and you definitely get what you pay for. The water heat only holds about 15 gallons which equals about 10 minutes of hot water, which makes washing your hair or taking baths a chore. Storage space in the apartments is limited since they are "updating" it. I was told these updates would be complete in 6 months and after a year I have yet to even see someone working on them. The parking lot is in desperate need of fixing, with many cracks and huge potholes. Balconies are not very sturdy and are essentially useless. My neighbors consisted of potheads on one side, a constantly drunk mother of 2, and a fan of Heavy Metal. If you are desperate for a place to live, take your chances here.
