I actually live in Georgetown Courts - which is owned by the same company as Remington Park. When I moved here in 2004 I was very impressed. The staff was friendly, the maintenance workers were wonderful, my neighbors were normal people. Since new management took over last year I have had one bad experience after another. The staff in the leasing office are unbelievable rude and my maintenance requests are not taken care of in a timely manner. I have had problems with undesirable neighbors who leave trash on the lawn and are very loud. I would recommend another property. I am looking for another place to live.
