I have been living at Riverwalk for a year. The apts are older, some updating could be done, other than that, they are totally functional. The Manager is awesome, shes very good art resolving issues in a timely manner.I have never experienced any problems living there, and all the neighbors I have met are very nice.The property stays fairly well clean and landscaped, and maintenance is prompt overall. The location was a red flag at first but after realizing the police station is on the other side of the street, made me more comfortable.Also for what I pay and the view I have , cant be matched in Wichita. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
