I have lived at River Walk for two years now. Having to re-visit apartment living again wasn't something I was looking foreward to. I checked the local police website and talked to residents while looking at River Walk. I have had some issues in my two years, (hot water tank, air conditioner, garbage disposer, noise issue, and minor things needing repaired), but all issues were fixed or taken care of by management or maintenance in a timely professional manner. The complex is picked up daily by grounds keepers and is very clean. The complex has monthly neighborhood watch meetings and the management has kept undesireables out by working with local police. I have recommended River Walk to other people I know who are and will continue to do so. The apartment management is proactive, professional and easy to work with.
