I haved lived at Riverwalk Apts for 2 years and is only due to purchasing a home that me & fiance are going to be moving from Riverwalk. Special not this is the only apt I have every felt that the staff was good enough to actual renew my lease at. Kim is one of if not the best apt mgr. in Wichita, she takes GREAT care in all residents; & the community. Sue is the Asst Mgr. great lady with high personaliy ALWAYS ready to help people. The entire staff is pleasant & helpful; people who can cheer up a person having the worst day. I've never had any major issues that were not resolve in a very timely manor. My fridge went out & a new one was delievered very promptly with NO food spoilage. The view of the pond and or river depending on location of apt makes it seem like a gourgous retreat weekend when on porch (just bring your own patio furniture decorations).

The mainteance staff is very efficent & nice. Even when had to page them out at 11:30 at night for my front door lock....very pleasant & professional even at that time of night. But for any issues on apt always handeled very quickly.

I would highly reccomend Riverwalk to people for an Apt community.
