Cheap but not worth it

Believe me, the location and low rent are not worth the danger of living in this apartment complex. Not only are the other tenants scary and the walls so thin you can hear people all around you threatening to kill each other, the maintenance staff is unwilling to fix anything correctly. The women who work in the front office don't care about anything but keeping the place at maximum occupancy and squeezing money out of people. The place is in general disrepair. All they hire people to do is come by with leaf blowers in the early morning. Save yourself the headache, especially if you're a single woman: Don't live here!
